Shipping Info:
All items are shipped from Canada within 1-3 days using Canada Post postal service. The length of time will depend on the shipping option chosen at check out (fast shipping options are available).
If you select the small packet option, the estimated delivery standard to international destinations according to Canada Post are:
Small Packet – Air
6 to 10 business days
Small Packet – Surface
4 to 12 weeks
A tracking number will only be provided if the option is selected at check out.
All domestic (Canadian) sales are subject to HST as applicable.
Items will be sent in bubble mailers to reduce shipping costs.
Payments and Fees:
RapidFireArt Store currently accepts paypal payments only. For payments using BitCoin, please contact me at darlene@rapidfireart.com for a quote. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes/fees that may apply.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received the item. Item must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery. Important: Please contact me at darlene@rapidfireart.com before you ship the item back. I may provide you with an alternate return address. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A refund will be issued after I receive and inspect the item for damages. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I cannot accept returns on items that are:
– personalized
– on sale
– discounted using coupon codes or other promotional codes
– final sale items
Order cancellations will not be accepted once the order is shipped.
